If you don't have anything under your seat, ie battery, fuze box that sticks up too high. I've cut out a square section of the seat base and used lawn chair webbing across the opening. Then put the foam over it and covered the foam. With a 20" windshiels it got me a few inches lower plus the comfort of a spring seat.

Drive it like ya stole it!!!
