has been working on his T since June of '98 when he got a Jag IRS. In
the Spring of '99, he took a welding class and built a CCR chassis. At
the same time, he got a TH350, a 400 sbc, and a stretched CCR body. The
engine was completely rebuilt, punched to 406, has a new Edlebrock 600cfm
carb on a Stealth manifold, and has an MSD 6A ignition. He got used Hallcraft
wire wheels, headers, a radiator, a SS 1/2 keg/gas tank, brand new rear
coil-overs for the Jag IRS and 31 X 18.5 X 15 wheels and tires for
the rear. He built his own windshield frame, and there's enough of a seat
in it to go. Brakes are all rebuilt, steering is hooked up, fuel lines
and tranny cooler lines have been run, and the wiring is mostly done.
He has fabricated his stake rack as well as many other items. He has got
lots of help, parts and advice from his fellow NTBA buddies. Space Oddi-T
was inspected and passed August 21, 2001, and was legally verified as
a VT Street Rod August 22, 2001. Running great and having a blast! |
