Race City USA Fun Run Activities

On Friday of the Race City USA Fun Run we will be visiting Mayberry-USA. Andy Griffith grew up in Mount Airy, NC and the town totally embraces all thing Mayberry.

One optional activity is to take a tour of the town, in a period correct Police Car! I have attached the brochure for this activity. The ride is about 35-40 minutes. The cost is $40. per car and up to five people can ride in the police car.

A word to the Ladies coming to the Race City USA Fun Run:

On Thursday morning of the Fun Run, we will be visiting downtown Mooresville. There is a bead shop on Main St., where you can buy or make your own jewelry. While the guys are touring the Military Museum, I thought it might be fun, for us, to visit the bead shop.

If you are interested, please Reply, so I can make sure the Bead Shop lady has staff to help us.
