Reminder and last call

For those that are on the fence and have not decided, 9 May will be the last day the rooms will be blocked for the NATS only reservations. After that, any remaining rooms will be opened up to the public. So no guarantee after that for room availability and room rate. This is peak season for this area, and should you decide later, all I can say is good luck. There is also a film festival and a balloon glow going on at the same time during our NATS.

Next, pre-order event T-Shirts will stop on May 9th as we have to place our order to ensure they are done on time. There will be VERY limited availability in Prescott.

You may continue to pre-register for the event up to 1 June and at that time we will cut it off to make final preparations for all those coming out to Prescott, AZ. The Team will be in Prescott on the 9th preparing for your arrival.

We are in Prescott again this weekend making final preparations, talking to restaurants, and shops, checking maps and getting ready for your vacation with the T's.
