TRAILER PARKING (Host Hotel)

Trailer parking is available for those that are staying at the host hotel, there will be clearly marked signs leading you to the designated trailer parking area. This is on hotel grounds. A large security monitored (cameras) parking lot has been assigned to the NTBA 2019 Nats for truck and trailer parking.

As we continue to address challenges of the past normal ways and make improvements in all aspects of our National event. NATS Staff and NTBA life member, Lyle Powers, has volunteered to take on the responsibilities of the "2019 Nats Trailer Parking Coordinator". Our idea is to park all trailers, or truck trailer combo in a manner that allows each Host Hotel Guest access to the rear of their trailer for overnight parking, AND have sufficient space to leave at any time they wish. Lyle comes to us with 40 years of big/little rig experience and would be thrilled to help or park your trailer if you so desire. He will be available at the lot 24/7 to assist each member. If you would be so kind and give Lyle a call when you exit I-17 or I-40, or approximately an hour out, he will be sure to be at his station when you arrive. You will be receiving his number via your e-mail address when you pre-registered to call when you have turned off I-17 or I-40.

NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT attempt to bring your trailer up to the hotel entrance to be there for check in, there is no room to turn around.

Bucky's Casino has given us use of their Shuttle to ferry our Hotel Guests and their luggage to and from the Trailer Parking Lot. They have given us a 10 minute duration between pick-up times. Of course, you can also load up your T and drive up to check in. Ample parking will be afforded our T's in front of the Hotel. You will also have the option to unhook your truck from your trailer should you decide to park your vehicle up at the hotel.

NOTE: If you have not pre-registered or know someone that has not pre-registered and plan on arriving with a trailer and staying at the host hotel, then you need to contact us immediately at 2019NATS@cox.net for phone information and instructions prior to your arrival.
