"The third New Zealand T Bucket Nationals will be held in Hawke's Bay on the weekend of February 1,2,3,4. 2024. Starting Thursday evening 1st Feb till Sunday 4thFeb. Entry to the event will be by prepaid registration by the due date (TBA). Eligible vehicles will be T Buckets, and T based hot rods, T coupes, tubs, C cabs, and any other make of T bucket style of similar years (1912- 1927). In the event of large numbers wanting to enter preference will be given to T buckets. Vehicles will need to be drivers and generally street legal, as there is a number of driving events planned (otherwise what’s the point). Actual entry costs will be available at a later date, however expressions of interest are certainly welcome.
We will have special early bird deals on the table for those wishing to book early for the Feb. 2024 event. All enquiries to me via PM or e mail nztbanationals2024@gmail.com I have set up the e mail account for entries and general enquiries. We have 19 months to build this event into the biggest gathering of T buckets ever seen in NZ. All you owners, builders and hoarders of T buckets get ready to roll. A limited number of overseas entries will be permitted without vehicle.
By the look of things there will be at least two pre-Nats events you can use as a shake down. The first is a special section at Beach Hop 2023 for T Buckets, and a T Bucket celebration at Palmy Swop meet 2023. Watch out for entries in both."
