David has the list, not sure if its completed yet, but we are planning on having some nice cruises along the coast, we will be cooking up crawfish one night, and jambalaya one night. we have a few things in the making just not sure when he is going to let everyone know. for now, just know that it will be a fun weekend, lots to do and great friendships to be made. hope to see a lot of people there.

Re: Events planned
I have the list of events in the works. Mardi Gras is a tough time for us cops in the New Orleans area. Long hours and few days off. Please be patient with me, I promise I will have it out as soon as possible, just know it's gonna be a GREAT time.

Re: Events planned
LOL he's being modest guys, i dont think he had a day off in the last 3 weeks and probably not another one for the next 2 weeks, so yeah, be patient with him. things that i know so far, we have goody bags, lots of little things in there, beautiful cruises, i know the mountains are pretty but its so peaceful and pretty cruising down the coast road. great eating places that are actually dog friendly, so peanut, meeka, T-bucket, and i forget the names of the others, bring them on down lol. there are talks in the making of a show and shine on one of the evenings we can participate in and few other things. Who knows, i might even have a special surprise that David, Andre, and Ed dont even know about LOL(im sure i'll hear about this LOL)
So click on the site and pre register so we will know how many pounds of crawfish to get. dont forget your lawn chair for plenty of time for bench racing, also, this is not for sure yet, (i might get yelled at LOL) but if you have any short video clips of some of our past runs that you can put onto a flash drive or whatever you call that electronic stuff (i have no clue) bring it with you. we have our very own special Hot DJ MR Andre, who will have his equipment and can possibly show some picts or video, or just play music, and from what i understand, he has been doing this for over 20 yrs, (so he should be good at it LOL)
"SIDE NOTE" SEEMS THERE ARE A FEW SMALL MINI T'S, im thinking if you have one, bring it, we can make a special parking spot for them and who knows maybe we can make up some type of contest for them. JUST A THOUGHT!
well there you have it, about all i have to say at the moment, so sign up, clean up your car and plan on coming down in april, come early, stay late!

Re: Events planned
Good Evening Fellow Bucketheads.
Now that Mardi Gras is over(and I'm still alive) lets talk T Buckets. We are still hammering out specifics as far as time and dates, but we have the following in the works:
We are shooting for one day to visit the Vietnam Memorial in Ocean Springs with a scenic cruise there and back, as well as a lunch stop.(TBD)
We will be visiting the Armed Forces retirement home in Gulfport for a "car show" for the residents of the facility(all retired Veterans #salute) and will be having lunch with the residents before departure(options will be posted in the itinerary) The residents at this facility LOVE to get out and see the cars and talk "shop" if only for an hour or two. This kinda hits home for me as this is where my grandfather lived before he passed, and the people here are amazing.
We will be doing several cruises along the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, while stopping in the small towns along the way for shopping, dining, and whatever else tickles your fancy.
We have planned a chicken and sausage Jambalaya dinner one night and we also have a crawfish boil planned for Saturday Night with a "drive in theater" set up in the parking lot playing American Graffiti.
There will be plenty of opportunities for ice cream and ad libbing. Cruising and bench racing will be hot topics as well.
I hope to have the "official itinerary" completed in a few days and will leak more information as the time gets closer.
Thanks to everyone who has already signed up and to those that will in the future. We hope to make our event a huge success and have it become an annual run that everyone looks forward to.
Keep the skinny pedal pressed to the floor until you feel your heartbeat in your neck, then press harder.
See y'all soon.
David

Re: Events planned
Hello from the 4 bucketeers, just a reminder to book your rooms for the Crawfish and Cruisin as soon as possible. Check out the NTBA WEBSITE to get the names and ph #s of the hotels, we have two, Quality Inn (pet friendly) and The Holiday Inn (not pet friendly) Try to get your reservations in soon so we will know how many people to prepare for. It will be fun and we cant wait to see everyone!

We still plan to be there!! Won’t be careless, but nothing replaces common sense.
