This was a Cruise-In at Tropical Snow Cones in Manchester, MO. All proceeds went to benefit a fallen Ballwin, MO police officer who was shot in the neck and paralyzed from the neck down during a routine traffic stop.

PS - This car was there! It's an Aston Martin Vanquish Volante . . . on loan to the Ballwin PD! Don't try to outrun this one!!!
