Chili cookoff 2018

St Louis Chapter held its annual Chili Cook Off at the lovely home of Rolla & Debbie Hessel. The chili was great, and the fellowship even better! Cuz won the vaunted trophy (no, not the oscar or the emmy - the Johnny!) for his meaty macho version of the 'bowl of red' - slightly tweaked from last years recipe, when he came in second. Way to go, Danny! Almost equally impressive was the spread of desserts on Debbie's dining room table. Wow! . . . can you say 'cheesecake' ? The bench racing was in full gear, and nobody went away hungry. Can't wait 'til next year!!!
