We didn’t go to Palo Duro Canyon on our cruise in! Today’s surface temperature at the canyon floor was 133.5!

That would be a real steam bath for sure, Angie! Reminiscent of the 2001 Nationals in Hannibal, MO, where the parade ground site for the cars was in a slight bowl, and the heat and humidity just settled there and did not move - no breeze!
