dues due

I was wondering, I am the prez of the Arizona Chapter, how can I check to see when my members gues are due ???? some of my members were asking me to check for them

Fred as the member that sends out membership packets, I also send out at the first of the month an email of member that have dues due that month, only if they have a valid email address on file with the NTBA.....I will look again at Arizona...............

Fred, go to the member search form here...

Uncheck the Active Only box (left click on it), then select ARIZONA CHAPTER from the Chapter drop-down list. Don't fill in any other boxes. Click submit and you will get a list on everyone shown as a member of the AZ chapter, past and present. I have added a "date last paid" column. You can left-click on the column heading and it will sort by date. You can reverse the sort by clicking the column heading again.

Now, if a member didn't enter in the membership form that they are a member of the chapter, they won't show up on the list. If you find that some members are missing, let me or L'nut know and we can fix it.
