I swear....this is THE last question I have for "someone"

I have been attempting to put the LGSM up as my avatar (what does that mean?) for quite sometime. Even going to Lee Metcalf to get photos downsized and put on my profile and even he had NOT had any luck. Sooooooooo...is there anyone who can assist me? I figure maybe one or two people "might" want to know who I am or if I even have a bucket-T. Or maybe not, but for my own gratification I sure could use some assistance.
