No Frank you have been updated and the one that was not needed was deleted.............Not a problem on your side........Mike
Uh, okay Mike. Still don't quite get it, but that's fine (just ask the wee lass - there's a lot I don't get). I need to send in a check for membership tomorrow, for some reason I could not use my credit card, don't understand that either! But at least now I know something screwed up, I'll send in a check.
Thanks,
Frank

Re: WannaT, RealT, now just frank
Morning guys, and yes Bill, I was #29, but that's a secret, don't tell anybody okay? And Al, no long trips in the cards this year, except on the Norwegian Gem next month, then it's hauling the travel trailer up to ME for Memorial Day, then hauling my 50 year old classic tunnel hull speed boat to the Finger Lakes in July for an antique and classic boat meet. I'm not sure where I'm going with the 23T yet, but I'm saving my thin wages...
I remember those days fairly well, but you guys bring back old memories. Actually I'm not sure whether I ordered CCR's plans first or joined NTBA, but I do remember how difficult it was to come up with 25 bucks back then. I coulda been charter member #6, but needed to wait till I had $25, lol. Then the welding class, $110 for a 15 week course, usually two 3 hour nights each week, 50 miles away, but steel was American made and relatively inexpensive back then. I think all the chassis steel cost me maybe 200 bucks. Old high school friend hooked me up with a motor, my older brother bought me a stretched CCR body, and slowly over 3 years, mostly working by myself, I drove out of my driveway in 2001. Unfortunately the year before the company I worked for closed down, and it was a while till I found a job. We're doing okay now, but things were tough a while, and we're nearing retirement, so being verra careful with the wee bucks. To make a long story short, 25 bucks is no longer a problem, so I signed up using PayPal last night, and will be over on the tech pages asking stupid questions...
Enjoy yer day folks!
Frank

lower = lower delaware, slower = its a slower pace there too... Al takes it to heart.. he lays on the ground and sleeps..
of course he has a beer in each hand just in case he gets thirsty.

Hey Frank! Great to hear from you! I haven't been on the board much in the last few years. I stopped by just to see who was around. Glad to see some long-timers!

Wow it is good to see you on here again and also you as well Hemi T !!!
I still jump on here ever so often, but do as a rule check out the posts ever day or two. I would love to make the Nationals this year, but not in the cards this time. I remember back in around 1981 or so making a motorcycle trip out through California and came back through that area and it was breath taking then and imagine it still is.
You guys be good and have fun.
later,
Hitec

Welcome back "just Frank." Been a long while since I've seen your pug on here or the "old website" for that matter.
Sounds like pretty much is the same ol same ol with you....and this IS a good thing as it proves to me that you are still true blue Frank.
I come on here "maybe" twice a week. Still working on the NEW OGM. When the tax refund comes...the bucket WILL be going in for paint. This WILL be the LAST time the OGM comes apart.
