Hey Harley, Pam and I are right there with you in Henderson. For the people with motor homes theres a Lowes and a Wal-mart directly across the street for free overnight parking.

Hi All,
We're on for the Grand Canyon/Sedona pre NATS fun run Thursday and Friday June 15/16. Then onto Las Vegas Saturday the 17Th and up to Carson City the 18th.
We'll meet at the Cracker Barrel Restaurant at Bronco and Lucky Lane, Thursday morning. I would like to leave there between 7:30 and 8:00 am. It's about 80 miles to the Grand Canyon with a gas stop half way. It will be crowded in the canyon, but I'm working on how to get around the tourists. I do have a secret spot that only me and a thousand of my closest friends know about. There will be plenty of time for sight seeing , shopping, and breath taking views!
Before we go into the Grand Canyon National Park we'll stop at a station if anybody would like to purchase a "Senior Pass". This is a lifetime pass into all National Parks. Cost $10. For all you youngsters the cost is $25 per car (unless you have a senior riding in the car with you, hint hint). I encourage all of you to go on line and gather information on the Grand Canyon, it's fascinating!
Friday we will leave from the same Craker Barrel and head towards Sedona. I'll have a lunch stop planned. There will again be plenty of time for sight seeing, shopping and taking in the views. Also go on line to learn about the Red Rock area.
Again, on the first page of this post is some hotel information. The RV Park we will use is Black Bart's just across the freeway on Butler Lane.
Saturday we will leave Flagstaff and go towards Williams, Kingman, and Las Vegas. Windy has planned a nice tour for us Saturday night in Las Vegas. It's the Neon Lights Museum tour. If you want to join us go to neonmuseum.org. Click on book a tour/Saturday June 17th 8:20PM. Right now I think there are only about 12 tickets for that time slot left. The next time is 9:00PM. They will go fast so if you want to go don't wait to long.
I will be in the flagstaff area the week before our runs, making any last minute adjustments. Double check right here for any changes during that week and the few days prior. I will have maps, distances, directions, phone numbers, etc. just come and enjoy.

The post above is still pretty accurate on information. For those of you RVing get your reservation at Black Bart's in Flagstaff and Sans Town koa RV park on Boulder hwy for The 17th in Las Vegas. If anybody has a different place in Las Vegas let me know.
Also we bought tickets for the neonmuseum.org. Lights tour for Sat night. If your interested in going, go to the website and get tickets s for the 8.20pm tour. They run every 20 minutes so if that one is sold out you can get one before or after.
Now, the big question. If your coming to Flagstaff/Grand Canyon/Sedona, please let me know so I can plan lunch reservations, and any other stops. Don't worry, this is not binding! As you know it just gives me an idea for planing. You can answer here or drop me an email DeAngelisRV@aol.com. Any questions, just ask.
