AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO INSPECTION OF CERTAIN MOTOR VEHICLES.
Synopsis: This Act allows reconstructed vehicles that are more than 25 years old to be exempt from emissions testing. Biennial safety and anti-tampering inspections would still be required. These reconstructed vehicles are typically show cars that are only used for club activities, parades, and exhibits similar to antique vehicles. Antique vehicles are currently exempt from emissions and safety inspection.
this is an amendment to our st rod rule here.. it lowers the mileage from 2500 to 1000, requires 2 yr inspection (now u get it done once and done). if u go over it u lose your exemption.. WHAT EXEMPTION ?? yes i've written 3 of my protectors (ya right) and the sponsor of the bill asking WHAT THE HELL ARE U THINKING.?????
