Birth of Long John

Post by JohnHancock »

I have been building a long wheel base bucket for a while now. After a long period of inactivity I got back to it and have started the fire again.
I mocked up the front axle and really like the look. I sectioned a Superbell axle 7 3/4” to fit the funny car torsion bar. I’ll try to update as I progress.

Keep up the good work!

Looks like you are planning on bleeding the brakes with the brake fluid in the background ???

Looking good, John. What kind of steering set up will you use?

Took the frame outside to get better lighting for frame. Still not great quality but you kinda get the idea.
