1.) Any experience with trying this with the DOT glass?

2.) Here’s a pair of posts from Speedway. I figure I’ll paint them to match the body
Part # 91656232 $89.99

Hack
1.) I don't think you will find DOT glass that is thick enough. My Lexan is 3/4 inch thick
to take the wind without flexing too much.

2.) I guess you want the straight up and down WS and not laid back. Mine are laid back
at 15°. If you have a door, it's easier to get in with the vertical posts, something to think about.

I would have to check with a friend of mine to see if he still wants them, but if he doesn't then I
have a set of original WS posts for sale $30. If you are interested I can post some pics. They do have
some pits, but with bondo, they should be OK for painting. They are vertical posts.

How tall are you planning for your WS?

Indy,
You bet, I’d be happy to buy those posts. Let me know if you can find them. As far as height, I’m guessing 10”. Trying to keep it fairly low. Might start tall and keep trimming it back.
Was a busy weekend. Sorry for the delayed reply.
Thanks,

Sorry, but my friend decided he needed my WS posts.

Anything else (questions) I can help with?

Indy,
Hah, anything else? My lists are long and detailed. Thanks for asking, but for now no sir. Life threw me a curve :o, or an opportunity :D and after an interview in MN this week the bucket project may have to back burner for a while. Thanks again for the information. If I move I'll be asking lots of antifreeze questions
Thanks again,
Hack
