Any verification out there?
Interesting story: if this IS the same car, on it's first outing after John finished it (partial build when he bought it) the frame split in two at the welds for the rear kickup. Whoever had built the frame had butt welded the seams at the kickup, with no reinforcing tubing inside, then polished them out; when it broke on the freeway, only the body anchor points held the car together. A scary ride to say the least. The car was trucked from the shoulder of the highway to a fellow buckethead's garage, and repairs made into the wee hours of the morning, so John could make the show-n-shine the next day.
