WOW! We were blessed with clear skies all the way to Tucson. What a ride. Will be turning in our Iron Butts paper work as soon as we get back home. In the mean time, we now have to dodge a couple of winter storms moving across Idaho Tuesday and Wednesday. Sandy will be out of hospital tomorrow afternoon, so we will be departing the warmth of Tucson and heading home and the inevitable colder temps as we trek North.
Tucson T's - - - - are you listening???? You all are awesome! Am looking forward to Tombstone next year!.....lyle & Sandy

For those of you who have not seen Lyle's Bkt in person, there will never be a stronger oil pan skid guard plate than he has unless he builds a thicker one. It is over the top strong. He could drive over a curb if necessary and not hurt anything. Hope Sandy is feeling good enough to slap you silly Lyle!!!   :)!

Hey Larry! Sandy is STILL in hospital. NOW she has a fever..??? So, go to hospital if you want to be sick, they seem to be able to fulfill that obligation easily. lol Easy now, the new skid plate at a 1/4" should be indestructible, BUT the last speed bump I hit out at Dickey's thumped the bottom of the C6 housing. So, next year it will have an extension that runs all the way to the transmission cross member... Baja style I'm thinkin'.. I'll be leaving Tucson after I drop Sandy off at the airport Wednesday morning, I think.... She'll be taking the big winged bird to Boise, I'll be hustling the T north to greet the new snow in southern Idaho by myself. Unless I can find a REAL T Buckethead that would like to come along for a wild ride....lol......

UPDATE: She had an Afid last night, pulse shot up to 175. Under control today, and she will be flying out of Tucson Thursday at 11am.
