The horses appear to have something blue on the front end also. Man some creative thinking going on both applications. Heck of a deal !!

I quite agree. I suggest it's quite practical for the horses, as they're out in dim light, and with too many drivers being distracted by other things, it's too easy to miss the horses. Those tail lights would be moving almost constantly.
