When was a poor college student I drove an old '56 Ford 2 door with a bad starter and tranny. It had only 3rd and reverse gears. When I visited my gal on weekends her driveway slanted down toward the street, so Monday morning I would put it in reverse with the key on, roll back into the street and pop the clutch. Vroom! I was off to school! Always looked for a hill to park on.
