Is there someone I should contact upon arrival to see what's going on?

Rick, the T-buckets will all be parked in the same area at the back of the hotel. There will be a white board at the back entrance to the hotel with the latest plans listed. Also there will always be folks milling around in the parking lot. It will be easy to find out what's going on. One caution... you need to be ready to roll on short notice! Once the buckets fire up, we're rolling out!!

I was worried because last time I was the first person on site(Mountain View AR) and NO one to contact.
It was a ghost town!!! If there is someone on site then I will be good to go.
