Looking at both flyers, it would appear that there are two car shows.....is that correct???

Just made my reservations at the Quality Inn and Darcy said, "I just love it when the TBuckets come in!"

Do you know if there are any cruises going on during the car shows? I'd rather cruise than a car show any day of the week!!!

We cruise through the car shows... we aren't in them. The Friday night show is typically a traffic nightmare, as the majority of the spectators cruise through it (the show cars are parked in the center turn lane of a three-lane street). Some of the Bucketheads like to cruise through it, others not so much. The Saturday show in Laurie is on the way to lunch. We will parade through the show grounds, then park and look at cars for about a half-hour. Then it's off to lunch at Captain Ron's or Big Dick's (famous boat-in dives on Lake of the Ozarks).

We like to say that the Lake event is "not structured," however we usually end up doing the same things every year. Frequently two or three buckets will decide they want to do something different and head off on their own. No one is required to do anything in particular. The big draws are the evening bench racing (with liberal amounts of adult beverages for those who partake of such things ) and the Saturday evening BBQ and raffle.

The Lake event is my favorite bucket event of the year as it the most relaxed and is as much about spending time with the Buckethead family as it is about driving our Ts. I guaran-darn-tee you will have a great time!!

(2) Sounds like a excellent time. Cruise and look, cruise and eat, cruise some more!!! I put on 544 miles cruising in Mtn Home, loved every minute..... Well except when the rear axle came out of the car.

Lyle not this year but I am only gona do the Artesia run every other year so I have this one typed in for 2017..........
