AGENDA INFO - UPDATE

All those that are participating, we are planning on a sunset cruise up on Ft Huachuca. We will depart around 5PM from the hotel on Friday November 3rd. Should you have time for early arrivals, you need to go to the visitors gate and get a visitors pass prior to the sunset cruise. You will need drivers license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance to receive a visitors pass.

On Sunday the 5th of November for those that are staying over, we are going to cruise to a local breakfast place. Will need to know if you wish to attend this breakfast as I have to call on November 3rd to ensure they have enough folks on staff to support. Please get with me when you get here, if possible let me know on Thursday during the ice breaker social.

Hey Grease, so sorry we are not going to make it and know we are missing one heck of a great time!! Thanks for all the effort you and Shari have put into this event and please make sure someone is posting pics for this of us unable to attend. Everyone be safe and have a great time!!!

FYI: Visitor pass for Ft. Huachuca takes about 20-30 minutes. Go to Van Deman gate, which is on Az90, North of town, at light everyone must decide "Which Way Do I Go" - - - yepper... we went straight... WRONG.... left turn takes you to Windemere, right takes you to gate.
