Officer's Race
No I'm not talking about the elections....The Valve Cover Race....Officers can use their own valve cover. "It must be legal stock " or use one that we provide for that purpose. We ask that you not borrow one from a competor because it may become damaged and not unusable for the regular race that follows ....Remember Lee holds the bragging rights from last year , so be on your toes ....

Hey Lee , Al Carpenter Has a Big block chev racer that has a magnet in the front that he would probably loan you. He's also got that one that does wheelys. Sorry Al couldn't resist!.
Dewey has one he hasn't oiled the bearings for a couple of years. He'll loan that one to Rolla.

We should be setup in plenty of time for you to get lots of "TEST" runs in Vroomman. Wild bunch that those officers are, they would probably destroy it

Re: Officer's Race
I'm beginning to think that this race is like the Pinewood Derby when my boys were Cub Scouts; we had engineers from Boeing using high tech lubricant on the wheels, etc. If you're not cheatin' you're not in the running!!!

Re: Officer's Race
What Mike said Spanky! Nobody likes to lose, so you make those wheels turn as fast as possible, and the weight exactly where you want it.
. A certain guy from Springfield Missouri ( named Dennis) even showed up to race with a security guard and a race car box locked up with chains
He lost anyway
. Tammy Brown showed up with a racer that was way too long. Windy showed up with overweight racer. Dewey just shows up with too many!!!
Mike , Werner, and Hunter cheat all the time NOT!
