Wintec and t-bucket top

Post by denvertinner »

Has anyone had a problem with wintec, I paid $695.00 for a top and frame for my t-bucket on July 10, 2015 and have been getting the run around from Jim with all kinds of excuses and now I called all the numbers that I have for them and I get an out of service message from all the numbers.
I see that they are a sponsor and would be grateful for any information on how to contact them.

Yup! Chrome parts that were supposed to come with the top irons never came!
Also got the run around from Jim. I would have a very hard time recommending them.

Unfortunately Jim has been having some problems in communicating with some customers, but as far as I know he is still in business......

I have one of his bodies and had no problems with him at all..........I even got great shipping & service when I bought from him... That was about two years ago so he may just be having some problems now..........keep trying is all I can say, sorry you have some money tied up.....

WOW! With these kind of problems from two different members, looks as if NTBA best be looking into removing the name from the site????

No sir, he is paying sponsor of the NTBA. We prefer that members and non members work these things out with our vendors. While I don't like seeing these things Lyle, when they are posted we allow you, our membership to make your decisions on who you use and not use. :)!
