John & Tammy's BBQ 2016

Another year has come and gone, and I find myself again procrastinating posting about my BBQ. Nor reason for it, although I have lots of excuses I could give... Anyway, I'm doing the BBQ again guys. Same as with previous years, plan on coming to Springfield MO for Memorial Day weekend. Starting Thursday May 26th through Saturday May 28th. Thursday, I'll do an early arrival bench race and use the lift/shop morning and afternoon, followed by a cruise for dinner. Friday, Dennis and I are working on a cruise that everyone should enjoy. Saturday more bench racing followed by a BBQ at my place. I'll provide the meat (burgers and brats) you pot luck the rest. All this will be taking place at the same time as the NSRA event in Springfield. Friday and Saturday night you will find hundreds of rods cruising the Glenstone strip in Springfield. Also feel free to go the fairgrounds anytime you want. I'll work on more details as well as motel information over the next week.

Sorry about taking so long... Tammy finally stopped and talked to Rima for me.


We'll stay at the Super 8 at Strafford Mo. again. We are all set to have you guys start calling and making reservations. Same motel as last year.

The RV park is next door to the Super 8. The have always treated us good with from what I understand an exceptional rate.
