Attention All Making Reservations for New Hampshire Event

Post by Rolla Hessel »

If you are going to New Hampshire be sure to call 800-370-8111 to book your reservation and do NOT book it online or you WILL pay a much higher room rate than our negotiated rate. Some went on Expedia and are booked at a higher rate so if you are one of those, cancel and call the 800# and rebook to get the NTBA rate. Otherwise, the rate will not be honored at check in. I spoke with the manager today and she asked me to make sure everyone was aware of this. Also, our rate is ONLY good from June 24-30th. There normal rates will apply for any other days that you are there. We worked hard to secure the rates we got as this area is highly sought after by travelers. We hope to see many of you in New Hampshire. Ben and Jeremy have worked hard to put together a great week for us!!!

We're there the 29th, leaving on the 1st of July. Been a real long time I was at a T bucket event, and here I am with nothing to bring except a smile.

I was amazed Gail wanted to do this on our anniversary. I can still get surprised after (almost) 44 years of marriage! Truth be told, she gets more and more supportive as I get closer to done. I doubt my tub will be ready this year, but I retire in early December and then every day is a weekend day.

Looking forward to the event.

Frank,

Glad to hear that Gail is warming up to the forthcoming tub! When I bought mine, I was not sure that Laurie would ride in it. However, after Ocala, two years ago, she wanted to know when the next event was!

Keep smilin'!

Further I get along, it seems. Man o man, Mark does that tub need a crapload of work! I'm getting there. Had to shape my own trans tunnel, but just cleaned up underneath, fiberglassing gaps with cloth. Will try to post pics here again when I get a chance. Want to start a build thread, just not sure how to do it.

Doing windshield posts fitting today. Pushing on the body because I want it in paint before the summer is over. It's that old rule, everything takes longer than ya thought it would! I'm wising up...

All you do is start your own thread in one of the sections, by clicking on "NEW TOPIC". You
could put it the section below for PUBLIC threads and call it "Frank's TBucket Build". Sorry
I didn't get back with an answer yesterday, but I was going in when you posted.

Any Questions ???

You seem to be doing fine so far. Post when you can, you will find that posting your build will be the PERFECT journal that you wish you had in 5-10 years from now. I'm always looking back over my JOURNAL to see how I did something 7 years ago. What was that part number for the master cylinder I used, what spindles did I use and oh yaw, that PN for the brakes, damn I wish I new what U-Joints I used, what jets did I use just before that trip to Hawaii and on and on and ..................

You will never keep a journal on your computer like the one you share here with everyone !

Yes, just like that, but you should start a new Topic with a better name for your build
than "Attention All Making Reservation for New Hampshire Event".

Surely you can come up with a better name!

Wow..... lots going on in that photo! What were you trying to accomplish?
