I'm not seeing where the water pump hoses are going to go for cooling, and is that chain drive I see attached to the axle tubes? How is that going to work?
I'm starting to think it's something someone put together as a static display.

Then why would you go to the trouble to drag it to a car show?
If you look closely, you can see some hoses at the front of the block down low connecting to tubes that run toward the back of the block; the radiator may be behind the louvers.

It appears to me that the two outboard pipes are not used.

OLDS COMMERCIAL CARS

The heavy delivery commercial car made by the Olds Motor Works, of Lansing, Mich., has a wheel base of 83 inches and a guage of 55 inches. The wheels are wood artillery, 30 inches in diameter, equipped with 4j4-inch solid rubber tires. The frame is of pressed steel and the springs are of the platform type.

The motor is a two-cylinder vertical one located under theTHE COMPOUND DELIVERY WAGON

seat, and the horsepower is 16. Ignition is by jump spark and the motor is water cooled. Planetary transmission, with two forward speeds and reverse, is used. The final drive is by chains. The carrying capacity of the standard delivery car is 2,000 pounds, the carrying space being 66 inches long. 58 inches wide and 43 inches high. Express and baggage cars and platform trucks are also made by the company in great variety.

That is what I call ingenuity and use what you have on hand. Not the first car with chain drive.

Ok, after looking a bit more, there does appear to be a radiator mounted to the inside rear wall of the bucket, but that brings us to how anybody is going to sit in an already cramped passenger compartment. Assuming 4" for radiator thickness, then another 3" for an electric fan, it seems there's not enough (practical) room left for the driver.
I'll agree with Cecil, that the outboard pipes are just for looks, not that there would be anything wrong with 3 on each side, with a flattie.

I'm still curious as to how the chain drive is set up.
