The NTBA would like to announce our 2019 Nationals hotel, THE PRESCOTT RESORT AND CONFERENCE CENTER in Prescott, Arizona.
This beautiful resort hotel sets high on a hill with a 360 degree view, overlooking the city of Prescott and Lake Watson. Every room has a view of the landscape by day, and the lights by night. The hotel is located 1.8 miles from downtown Prescott, which offers a town square with entertainment on weekends, Old Western saloons and steakhouses, three ice cream shops, and an abundance of antique shopping.
We will have designated parking areas for the trucks and trailers, and a private lot for the T Buckets in front of the main entrance. All with security.
The hotel connects with a casino for anyone that wants to gamble, and the grounds have large patios with outside tables and a fire pit, for relaxing and viewing the city of Prescott. There is also an indoor lounge with large windows, and will offer NTBA discounts on beverages. There will also be discounts on breakfast.

June is the peak season and we have an estimated number of rooms blocked. Rooms under the group rate must be made by May 9, 2019. We suggest you make your reservations early. Our discounted rate is from 6/9/2019 thru 6/16/2019. Rooms booked outside this window are subject to the normal room rate.
Room rates are as follows:
Based on single or double occupancy

-Deluxe room is $119 per night
-Suite room is $139 per night
Plus tax
More than two persons per room an additional $10 per person per night.

We were able to negotiate these rates off the normal peak season rates for this area. The Resort also worked with us on additional rooms for registration and the National Meeting. We suggest you make reservations during normal business hours for more direct lines to the reservation desk in a timely manner.

This is a beautiful resort hotel that I'm sure all of you will like. The staff is very friendly, and appreciates we selected their hotel, and they can't wait to see our T Buckets! Unfortunately, this resort is NOT pet friendly.

There's a lot of things planned for this NATS. We've changed the format from past years to make the week more fun and the runs more exciting! Arizona has a lot to offer in this part of the state. The red rocks of Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon, the old West mining towns of Jerome, Cottonwood, and Clarkdale, the Prescott National Forest to the west, and Flagstaff and Williams to the north.

Will the security be provided for the entire week of 9-15 or just for the official event of 13-15 ???

Want to stay a couple of extra days and trying to decide whether to add them to the beginning or the end of the NTBA event.

The hotel has security 24/7, parking lots have constant surveillance with security cameras, there is a roving security guard 24/7. so before or after the event will be no different.

Will the private parking lot be open the whole week or just during the official event?
