I'm starting to smell the BBQ

Just checked the forecast, it's calling for lots of sun and cruising for next week! Just wanted to get on here and give a brief rundown of the schedule.

I'll be off work Wednesday morning on, if your getting here early, let me know. Tammy & I would love to get together with everyone sooner, I'm just not planning anything until Thursday. I you have any questions, message me here or call me at 8803559 or Tammy at 8803458. Both are area code 417. Please wait until after 5 to call through the week, before next Wednesday.

Thursday morning I expect will be travel time for a good portion of people so we aren't planning the first cruise until that afternoon. We'll meet at the hotel in Straford @ about 2, and hope to finish the BSing and leave by 3:00 PM. Weather permitting we will cruise to Lebanon for dinner.

Friday we'll meet at the hotel as 9ish and cruise for most of the day. I haven't figured the final route yet, but I will try to keep it about 100 miles for the day. We will be back before dinner time and there will be plenty of cruising in Springfield with the NSRA folks.

Saturday morning I'm going to be preparing for the BBQ at the house. This would be a great time for people to go to the NSRA event at the fairgrounds. Also anyone that wants to come out to the house is more than welcome to. I'll meet everyone at the hotel about 2:00 PM and lead the cruise out to my house for BBQ. Plan to eat about 5 or 5:30.

As before I'll provide the meat and buns. Everything else is pot luck, bring what you want. Bring your chairs as well.

I'm gona surprise you about next year and not have anything in the way for your BBQ so get ready.....I have two graduations one this weekend and another one next, so this year is done for now....But as of right now we will be coming through Springfield on the Sat before the Nats and that might be a good day to see your shop......But we will have to see how that day goes cause that is a month or so away.....lol....

John, I plan to be there about noon on Thursday. Ann has to be in school until Friday due to snow days, but she is coming down right after school. We'll bring a couple of tubs of 'tater salad Saturday! Looking forward to it big time!!

Going to have to miss it this year. We will be in Denver for one of our granddaughters graduation from high school.
