New material. Cruising season is here (has been for over a month) and I finally got out because the nurse showed up to care for dad. Ribs great as always.

Hey Bob looking good as always. How many miles on the new mill by now. I watched some of the early videos and it looks like it is going to be a fun time for sure. I always say you can never have tooooo much horsepower, however on occasion you might use too much

A question for you also, do you sail anymore? When Laura and I got married we spent some time in the San Francisco area and one day we rented a 26' sailboat and went around the bay area for 1/2 a day. that was a blast I will never forget. Left out of Sausalito went under the Golden Gate along the wharfs and then past Alcatraz. Then when we got close back to the marina I had to let the Captain take over. I don't have a Blue Water license so had to hire a skipper. Later he told me we would have been in big trouble if anything had happened while out past the Golden Gate, but everything was going well so he didn't mention it to me till the end of the day.

Not sailing anything lately, be it a sailboat or container ship. Taking care of dear old dad, he is 94. It was early Spring that I got the Dart 427 in, have only put on less than 300 miles since then. MPG is about 1/2 what the 383 got, around 12 MPG vs mid 20's.

Hi Bob, I understand about taking care of Dad. I lost my Dad last August and sure miss him. we are just now trying to get the house in shape to sell and I hate doing that. It is out of state and just isn't practical to try to keep it.

Do you have any dyno results on the 427?

I have received some requests for the pictures in their native, full resolution size. Seems some folks want to make a poster out of some of the pictures I took and the company that makes the posters recommend a file size of 3 mb or larger to make a 4' X 5' poster. I took care of the first couple of requests by email which is slow due to the large file size and figure there has to be a better way.
