Hey New Guy, welcome to the world of T-Buckets. I'm a little envious of you beginning your buckethead status at an early age. I admired T-Buckets for almost 50 years before I built my first one six years ago. I have really enjoyed my bucket, the car shows and this family you are going to meet in the NTBA. A lot of great folks.

Welcome to the NTBA New Guy :).. You are working with one solid dude in Ron Pope, fabricating your car and providing your parts. He knows his stuff and is just a great stand up individual. You will find the folks on here to be more than happy to answer your questions and will give advise, although some might not be what you were looking for ;)

I hope to meet you in Pigeon Forge in July at the event Ron, Pam and Valerie are hosting for T owners. You have many years to enjoy a hobby that could well become a passion !! See you soon.

Hi Steven and welcome from the Left Coast. This year's Nats are being held in my neighborhood (within 100 miles) at Carson City, hope you can make it. As good 'ol Al Husa commented, we come in all forms and professions, as the goofy little T-bucket with its insane power to weight ratio attracts all. Good luck on your build, have you decided on the engine/trans combo? I'm into stick shifts and a clutch.
Bob

Welcome aboard. I agree with every thing that has been said. These are a great bunch of people with a lot of experience. When you meet us and you should, you will find us one big family who will bend over backwards to help each other out.
