seat in a '27

a fella on hot rodders is building a roadster and i mentioned using a 2nd row seat from chry mini van.. anyone got a
good idea of a year to look for ?? or was it the 3rd row. tks

Any year Dodge Caravan, Plymouth Voyager, Chrysler Town & Country should do the trick. The earlier square ones were out when this started.

I like the ones from the late 80's early 90's. These are about 41-1/2" at it widest point. We narrowed this one 3-1/2" for a '23. You'll need to probably build (or modify) your own mounts. Here is the one we bought out of the pic-a-part a few weeks back for $40:

Finally, narrowed, mounted, and modified to have the bottom hinged to access the battery and tool boxes:
