Wiring kits?

Post by frank_a »

As most of you know, I lost my wiring harness (and gauges) when the body burned up in a fire. Seems to me it was a Kwik Wire harness, but my memory is not great. What I need is a simple but quality wiring harness that gives me a circuit for an electric radiator fan. Looks like with Kwik Wire the harness I would need is there 18 circuit kit, even though I won't have AC, power windows, etc.

Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks.

Frank - have you considered Speedway's "economy" 12 circuit wiring kit? It looks good in pics at their web site, and gets good reveiws. Priced under $150.00! :o Check it out . . . http://www.speedwaymotors.com/Speedway- ... ,2352.html

Speedways 12 circuit wiring kit works really great because that is what I used on my T. Minus using the AC and Elec. fan circuit it's pretty straight forward. Only thing it doesn't come with is the grounding wire for the dash instruments for fiberglass cars but it does show it in the footnotes for the dash. By myself and taking my time (and adding a ton of wire ties) It took me about 4 or 5 days to wire the car from front to back. It is a good kit with good instructions. Hooked up the battery and she fired right up, no problem and everything worked.
