Bug screen

Anyone running a screen in front of your radiator?
Would like to put one behind my removable grill, what material would be best? Does the heat affect regular window screen? Any thoughts out there

Windy,

I bought a bug screen 'kit', before we went to Ocala, at PepBoys (I think). It was just a piece of nylon screen door material, with grommets in the corners and 4 pieces of nylon line. I only put it on when the bugs are out.

I use a plastic window screen sewn to some vinyl to cover my chrome radiator shell. Small bungee cords for retention
