Thank You

Post by Al Conn »

I just wanted to say thank you for all of the kind comments about my Red Hemi Full Fendered Roadster that has been made here on the board, with a special thanks to John E. AKA T-pilot & Pups. I have had this roadster on the road since 1975, but the first NTBA nationals I attended was Springfield Il. and I was hooked. I have driven this roadster all over the country since I it built with no problems ( this is 36 years and it has never been on a trailer) this year while caught in the traffic jam on I 75 coming back from the Dragon Tail it decided to overheat so I pulled into an observation area to let it cool. There I found several other NTBA members, when I shut it down the radiator decided to go off like Old Faithful. So what do I do for coolant? I soon discovered people coming my way with bottles of water , then even some anti-freeze. Coolant from everywhere showed up THANKS TO ALL. Then we just relaxed and had fun till the traffic cleared.
Chatanooga NTBA Nationals was fantastic!!!!
