Stopped by the hotel today and checked on the room reservations. As of this afternoon, 60 rooms have been reserved from the 130-some available. This is great but we have a ways to go. We have less than 6 months till all the fun here in Indy!!

If you haven't reserved your room yet, do so this week!

Just tried to book our room, I was told there are none available and would have to go on a waiting list in case someone canceled. Talked to Jason, seemed to know what he was talking about but I would think there should be some rooms left.

I am puzzled, Windy . . . on Jan 17 there were still 70 rooms available, and on Feb 7, none???

I received a few notes about some folks trying to book rooms at the host hotel and being told that rooms are not available. I went today and spoke with the group reservations manager and apparently the desk folks were confused. Hopefully it is straightened out by now. Please do the following if you are still planning on booking your room:

1. Call the number for the Clarion Waterfront at (317) 299-8400 not the Clarion 800 number, the corporate number, or the Clarion Hotels website. Only the actual hotel knows what is going on with the NTBA room block and the reservation must be made over the phone.
2. If you have any issues booking, please ask for group reservations -they are available M-F 8-5. If after hours, you can leave them a message and they will call you back the next day.

There are still rooms available from Sunday the 3rd to the 9th. THEY ARE FILLING UP FAST THOUGH!! As of today, there are 70 rooms booked for the event. The availability in our block as of today at 2:00pm is:

Sunday 3rd: 32 rooms available
Monday 4th: 49 rooms available
Tuesday 5th: 49 rooms available
Wednesday 6th: 66 rooms available
Thursday 7th: 66 rooms available
Friday 8th: 66 rooms available
Saturday 9th: 66 rooms available.

Those numbers sound like a lot, but it is less that half of the 136 rooms at the hotel. If you are thinking on going, please book soon. There are not a lot of other hotels in the immediate area, although we'll be publish a few options later if the host hotel fills up.

I called yesterday to verify my room and i am booked. i was told they have rooms with two beds but if you want to go in early, the only rooms they have are single kings. i cant wait to go, thanks

I booked a room this morning - it went without a hitch. I called the hotel directly, as Ben suggested, and was lucky enough to talk to a person who I could clearly communicate with. Her name is Vickie and she knew about the NTBA block and booked us into a two queen bed room with microwave and refrigerator. We are booked to arrive on July 3rd and depart July 10. It was a very pleasant surprise not to have any problems and be able to get a room this late. We received an email confirmation shortly after I made the phone reservation. I didn't ask her how many rooms were left in the block, but if there were only 66 available starting July 6 as Ben reported in his post of February 10, it looks like there may only be a few left now.

I looked at the info posted for the 2015 Fall Regionals and saw the satellite image of the parking lot with the areas designated for trailer parking and tents - will it be the same for the NATS in July?

We will actually have the entire parking lot and location.

Having the entire location for us should certainly eliminate any trailer parking concerns.
