Re: T's in CAT's
Thought I'd drop in and say hello to all that reads these forums. I'm hoping someone adventurous T owner out here in the Northwest will step up and take a serious look at a road trip to Baton Rouge, Louisiana the 1st of April.
Even better, for weather, join Sandy and I for a real road trip to Indianapolis the 1st of July the NTBA National meet. Any takers

Hello Folks. Back at ya' again. How about dropping in on us and drive your T from here to Twin Falls with us??? You can stay here Wednesday night for free! Twin is about two hours east, our first fuel stop. Give us a shout if you would like to be adventurous and take a short road trip

Re: T's in CAT's
Hey Fred! Good to hear from you. Yes, I will look for some pix of the box and post them. These pix are from 5 years ago, as my T has undergone several revisions, just finished another today!!
The sides are solid oak 1x12. The bottom is 3/4" marine plywood as is the front, both well sealed. The top is 3/4" marine plywood with 12ga aluminum vainer. The trim around the top is all oak, two pieces glued together. Obviously, you have to run ground wires to all the lights. The lid has piano hinge, NOT a good way to go for water resistance. I actually run a strip of Gorilla Tape over the exposed portion of hinge, works good, not show quality!
Inside the box forward on the left is the battery. Master shut off switch and solenoid in the middle. The right 1/2 of box is a 13 gallon steel fuel tank. This configuration gave me quite a bit of space for cleaning stuff, oil, rags, etc. I do not have a pic of the inside of box. I will remedy that tomorrow and post.
Good luck with your project. Any thing else I can help you with, wold be happy too..........lyle
