SST update

Post by winfield scott »

Well I decided to update the SST's steering, since it was time for a steering box rebuild I thought about Paul and Luggy and Toolman and the Unisteer.

First it arrived :D

Nice strong mount I hate to cut off, so I am going to incorporate into the new design

Took many measurements and angles, now to order the U-Joints and build the first prototype mount.
I am thinking I might do this new design in Stainless!!

Stainless . . . :o . . . Wow, that's a shock!

Looks good, Windy. I'll be interested in your evaluation of the difference between the two. :P

That's odd, I was looking at those Saturday. I like 'em a lot, but that's a bunch of shiny stuff to hang on my Not So Shiny T, which I would have to buy the extensions also..............hmmmmmmm
