My other hobby
wanted to show everyone my other hobby. My wife and I raise a few miniature cattle, here is our new addition, his name is Merlin

We raise them to sell and to eat. you just cant beat all organic beef

The same thing happens when you down-breed T-buckets . . .Miniature cattle are cattle that are below 46 inches high. They are popular as they do not produce as much methane and are cheaper to feed. The popularity of miniature cattle is on the rise due to their compatibility with small acreage farms. Miniature breeds were created by "breeding down" or selecting the smallest stock from established breeds like Angus and Hereford. Many miniature breeds were created in the last 2 decades by crossing Dexters with other breeds, to create color variations and breed types that fulfill a range of purposes in the miniature cattle world.

No, it's not mine. That pic is from the KC Nats years ago, and there was a member of NTBA who built those Mini-T's, but I can't recall his name.
