Yes I have a question, more like a survey. With the upcoming NATS in Bowling Green, one of the days our run will be to the Corvette Museum and test track. We’ve been talking to and negotiating with the folks at the track to let us do track time laps in our buckets. We first contacted them over a year ago and had some cool things worked out, but then new management came in, things changed, and the price went up.
The track is a 3.5 mile road course. The laps are led by a pace car, but they will go as fast or as slow as you want. I guess your following them for proper Apex’s and track positions. It’s all single file with no passing. Here’s the deal, they are offering us four laps for $100. And that (as they tell us) is the discount. Being out at the track twice and on it once, four laps is a long time. Now, I know what your thinking
So here’s the question, with probably 60-75 cars going on the run that day to the Corvette Museum, how many of you will pay the $100 for four laps track time? You would individually sign up and pay in advance with the on line link. No walk ups or decide when we get there. No detailed answer necessary, yes or no would work. I’ve purposely left out our opinions and thoughts so you can give an honest answer.
Please respond soon because I need to give them an answer either way. Thanks for your participation
