Post by tbucketvw »

First Hello my name is William a new member to the National T-Bucket Alliance. I am 60 years old, retired and currently live in Morgan Hill, California I am working hard on my new project a 1927 ish T-Bucket VW. My 2nd T-Bucket project the other is a 1923. Currently apart getting a rebuild on the transmission, new rear axles, and the engine with some upgrades, adjustable drop front end, brakes and lots of other mechanical upgrades. I need to replace the top fabric and fabricate more parts. I am going to a large swap meet this weekend in Turlock, California in search of parts.

Those VW buckets have come up in discussions here before. If you look hard enough, you may even find a photo or two.

William, welcome to the NTBA!! One of the things I like about T's is that the owner's are just as diverse as their cars :) I know there are quite a few members out your way and hope you get the opportunity to meet them and get in volved locally. Not sure how much you travel but we would love to see you at Nats in Mt. Home AR in June!! You could also join us in Yakima WA in August. In 2015 we will be in San Diego which is much closer to home ;). I hope you wnjoy your membership with the NTBA!! Again, welcome aboard.
