I am just wrapping up physical therapy on my ankle that I broke in two places in November. Starting to get around better.

Be a good patient and do what the doctor tells you to. Please advise when your actual operation is. Laurie and I will keep you in our prayers for a complete recovery.

Mark, I ALWAYS follow the doctor's orders. Having been through six knee surgeries and three previous shoulder surgeries...ism real good at following what the doc and PTs tell me.

While y'all know I condone placing any kind of medical info out here on the world wide web...I posted my own situation in regards to my possibly NOT being able to attend the NSRA event in Springfield, MO and maybe the Nats in Mtn Home.. I just wanted those of you whom I spoke with or posted of why I "might not" be attending.

If someone else had posted on my behalf, it would have been just that..."on my behalf." It's obviously up to each and every member as to what or how much medical info they want to post...although I strongly frown upon it for the reasons that there ARE unscrupulous folks out in cyber space who are just gnawing at the bit to gain knowledge to many things that are personal to you.

Anyway, I just wanted to clarify why I posted what I did.

One old irregular here. Since rebuilding the Track Car (Yellow Car) that had a long saga on year back, Holy Cow, the towel says Mtn. Home 2004??? , Burl and I have put together a 32 3W Coupe full-fendered glass car, a nice Mullins trailer to pull behind either car and a new T bucket we call the Blue Car. It is a sweetie pie, about a title and sticker away from the street. Also in the works, a 29 Closed Pickup, about half way along.
The Track Car or the Yellow Car, 23 T with turtle deck and one piece tilt hood/nose assembly, 48 Ford front axle and wishbones split with Model A spring behind the axle. Mustang steering. 74 Nova 350, PowerGlide, 59 Olds rearend on Corvair coil springs.
The 32 3W Coupe, glass body on original frame with Heidt's front end and 8"Ford rear on dual springs, GM crate 350, 200R4 OD transmission, painted black with silver fenders, A/C, leather Honda buckets, 89 Ford police Car/Taxi wheels and hubcaps all around, luggage rack out back.
The Blue Car, 23 T with turtle deck, T radiator shell and aluminum hood, Cragar 5-spokes all around, 400 Chevy SB, Turbo 350, Jag IRS, conventional tube axle front with discs, classic headers, tonneau cover.
The Pickup, the Green truck, 29 Ford closed cab pickup, 78 Malibu 350, Turbo 350, 8" Ford rear on Corvair coils, conventional tube axle and discs up front, full fendered, no wheels/tires yet.
My junk is still in piles, the Old Roadster T Bucket, the new roadster T, 29 Model A Tudor, halfway to nowhere.

Yeah, that was the one that Fat Pat said he wouldn't attend, because it would be "hotter than the hubs of hell" there. Turned out to be the coolest one we had (that I attended) until Colorado Springs!
