Bar Stool Racer

Post by rbsWELDER »

Are there any Bar Stool Racer plans that you would recommend? Conversely, are there any Bar Stool Racer plans that you would avoid?

Thanks,

RBS Welder. I know of two places that might sell you plans: minichopperssocal and Bar Fly. These guy also have stuff to build a motorized ice chest.

Hey Mark sorry it took so long for me to answer you but here goes. I have homebuilt 2 barstools and I have purchased 2 sets of plans off the internet. My preferred set was from barflyracerplans.com (don't know if they are still in business), next was barstoolracerplans that I got off e-bay. I liked the barfly plans better just for their design. I combined them with some of my own ideas and came up with the first barstool. Built the second one off the top of my head. Took both of them to the Colo Sprngs nats and the young, no fear guys, tore up the parking lot with them in the evenings. Both sets of plans were easy to understand , so both are good. No I don't have pictures.

Larry,

Did you build the Classic or the Pro Street?
