Hotel Arrangements Have Been Made

Okay, after spending the weekend in Green Bay this past weekend, we have the arrangements made for the Host Hotel, Tundra Lodge and the back up hotels which are both approximately a block from the Tundra. Below is information on each one and I will provide updated information for the camping in the next day or so.

The host hotel is The Tundra Lodge and the phone # is 877-886-3725. Be sure to tell them you are with the National T-Bucket Alliance or NTBA. We have 120 rooms reserved at the Tundra beginning with smaller numbers Monday and Tuesday then peaking at 120 on Weds.- Friday night. ALL ROOMS HAVE Refrigerators and Microwaves. You can reserve your room earlier or later in the week and will still get the same NTBA rate. The rate is $99.00 per night regardless of the room type and this price includes the "HOT" Breakfast bar for everyone in your room. SO if there are 4 of you in the room, your room cost is only $59.00 a night when you consider the hot breakfast would cost you $10 each!! This rate also includes daily passes to the indoor WATER PARK. They have rooms with One King and a Queen sofa sleeper and rooms with two queens. There is also a King Suite which has One King in a separate room, a Queen and a sofa sleeper in the main room. This room is available at a higher Rate than the $99.00 rate if you are interested. I suggest you go on their website http://www.TundraLodge.com and view the room types prior to making your reservation.

As Luggy posted on a previous post, the Tundra is not Pet Friendly so we have also made arrangements at the Best Western which also owns the Quality INN which is right next door. Between the two they have 8 Pet Friendly rooms for pets up to 25lbs. There is an upcharge for the pets which you can get if you make a reservation at either one. The rooms are very nice and the rates, which also includes a HOT Breakfast, are as follows:

DDNS-$79.99 plus applicable taxes(Room with two queen beds away from pool)
KT -$79.99 plus applicable taxes(Room with one king Bed)
Family Suite-$119.99 plus applicable taxes(Room with two king Beds)

AT BOTH HOTELS, THE BLOCKS ARE GOOD FOR UP TO 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT TO GET THESE RATES!!!! Book early!

Well I'm not a pet owner, so this makes me wonder if for " $99.00 with breakfast " does that include breakfast for the dog also ??
